Frau Socke Online grants an extended return policy of 30 days from delivery.
If you don't like the product for any reason, you can return it to Frau Socke. We would just ask you to tell us the reason so that we can continually improve our products.
The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot take back goods that have already been washed or are dirty.
Depending on the reason for the return, we can, for example, partially refund the socks that are still intact or arrange for a replacement delivery.

We regret that we would otherwise not be able to assign the return, as our logistics department processes a large number of shipments, e.g. from companies.

In our experience, your order will reach you within 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri) - often even faster. We ship with DPD.
